SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Lima Sports. We aim to get your protective gear to you as quickly and safely as possible so you can get back on the road.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new product launch or seasonal sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lima Sports is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of the potential costs for importing motorcycle safety equipment.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Lima Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We highly recommend taking photos of the damaged box and product immediately upon arrival to support your claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the item.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK, and Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at limasportsuk@gmail.com to see if a custom shipping quote is available.
