INHERENT RISK: You acknowledge that motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity that involves significant risk of bodily injury, paralysis, and death. Protective gear sold by Lima Sports is designed to reduce the risk of certain injuries but cannot eliminate the risk of injury or death. No protective equipment can provide protection against all foreseeable impacts or types of accidents.

PROPER USE & MODIFICATION: Protective gear must be fitted correctly to function as intended. It is your sole responsibility to ensure proper fit and maintenance. Any modification, alteration, or DIY repair of products purchased from Lima Sports (including but not limited to cutting, sewing, or adding third-party attachments) voids all safety representations and warranties.
